Shipping & Delivery Information

Real Usha Sweets & Snacks is located in Floral Park, NY. We ship our orders via UPS Ground. Our orders normally ship within 1 to 2 business days from when we receive them. 

Most orders are shipped within one business day of entry, but this is not guaranteed, especially during the diwali, winter & holiday season. Items may be backordered or there may be other reasons why we cannot ship right away. 

We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our delicious traditional sweets. We especially pack and ship your order so that it will arrive in perfect condition. Certain sweets and savories may be susceptible to light crushing due to shipping and handling which we do not have any control.

Shipping, Refund, and other Policies:

1. All our sweets are handcrafted, therefore the shape, size, availability and color are subject to change.

2. Pictures on this site are actual pictures of our products.

3. We ship most orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Shipments may be delayed due to inventory, shipping and weather issues. If you wish to have any special shipping instruction please let us know when you call 718-343-7500 to give your credit card info. 

4.  We cannot take any responsibility of the shipment in transit(theft or damage) after it has left our facilities. 

5. Any complaint about quality and/or quantity should be reported to Real Usha within the first 12 hours of receiving shipment. All complaints/pics should be E-mailed to contact@realusha.com , any phone complaints will not be accepted.  

Due to the perishable nature of our products we can entertain refunds within 24 hours only. We must receive the product back to process the refund. We will not pay the shipping cost for return shipment of the products. RESTOCKING FEE of 20% is applicable in all cases of return of the product.

If the shipment is delayed on behalf of UPS or because of factors beyond our control, we don't entertain refund. You will be provided your shipment tracking number upon request to contact their toll free line. None of the Shipping Companies UPS give refund for unusual Weather condition.

5. Actual shipping charges are calculated based on your zip code, and $1.50 packaging and handling fee is added.

6. Avoid Sweet Orders on  Friday to avoid your shipment being stored in a UPS Warehouse over the weekend as items are perishable. We want our products to be in the freshest state for your enjoyment.

7. Some Sweet and Snacks such as Papdi, Puri, Fafda, Motichoor Ladoo are very soft and may break during shipping.

8. It is customers responsibility to provide proper shipping address, phone and email address, improper information my delay the shipment or may not be delivered by UPS.

9. Shipping Days: The day we ship your order from our store is not counted by UPS. No Delivery is either picked or delivered to you on weekends and holidays.

10. Order Sweets on Commercial Address to save $1.50 in shipping cost.

11. Shipping charges are calculated by Online Service with the shipping company. We will contact you if the charges are incorrect for any reason.

12.  Shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise.

13.  If we have to make more than one box if order consist delicate item such as papdi or fafda, we will call you to inform difference/ additional cost in shipping price.

Customer while placing the order is supposed to have understood and agreed with all the details in above mentioned clauses.
